Magdala Glow is an anonymous French-touch act made of light and grain — house, funk and slow-burn soul in the lineage of the masked and the mythic.

Nobody can tell you who Magdala Glow is. That's the point. The name arrives the way the best French-touch always has — anonymous, masked, more rumour than résumé — a signal pressed onto a record sleeve and left to bloom in the dark.

The work arrived across 2026 like a long evening unfolding. Satellite hearts opened the frequency. Chrome heart pressed a liquid-silver ballad into a house groove. Then the full sleeves: Love at First Sight, soul and slow want under warm vinyl grain, 33⅓ RPM, side A; Aftershow, the same room after the lights drop — “Music sounds better,” “Only us tonight,” “Gym tonic,” the floor refusing to empty. By Sing It Back, the two worlds had fused: studio and house, all-night-long, live in Paris and live in Berlin, a silhouette doubled in motion-blur beneath blue and magenta lasers and a single glowing orb.

That is the whole signature — retro-futurism you can feel on your skin. Faded film photography against laser light. A flowing cursive wordmark over catalog marks counting upward, STEREO and 33⅓ RPM stamped like a memory. “Bikini Girls” at the opener, “This heat between us” at the peak, a love song hiding inside every twelve-inch. So picture it: last train missed, the room tilting gold, a stranger's silhouette doubling in the strobe. No real names, no manifestos. Only the glow — and an invitation. Magdala Glow doesn't want your name either. Just your night.
